These terms govern your use of the CPB Publishing International website and any orders you place or submissions you make through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, book titles, cover artwork, images and excerpts for Target and Jay: The Search Beyond the Headlines — is owned by or licensed to CPB Publishing International and Chris Burton, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Books and orders

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders and pre-orders are processed securely by Stripe. A contract is formed once your payment is confirmed.
• Pre-orders: titles marked as pre-order are charged at the time of ordering and dispatched on or around the stated release date. Release dates are estimates and may change.
• Delivery is arranged via [print & fulfilment partner]; delivery timescales and any charges are shown at checkout.

Manuscript submissions

We welcome submissions from new and experienced authors. Submitting a manuscript does not create any obligation on us to publish it, and no contract exists unless and until a separate written publishing agreement is signed. We treat submissions in confidence, but please do not send your only copy of any work.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
